GroundPound agents don't live in a silo. They read the knowledge you already have, work through the channels your customers already use, and talk to the systems that run your business. Here's what connects.
Channels — where your agents talk
Each channel is configured per team, and you can give different agents different channels (your sales agent texts and emails; support takes Slack and email):
- Dashboard chat and Telegram — included on every plan, free out of the box.
- Email — connect your own Gmail or Microsoft 365 inbox via OAuth so agents send and receive from your existing domain, or use a GroundPound-hosted mailbox on your verified domain (provisioned automatically). (Pro)
- Slack — agents respond to DMs and mentions in your workspace. (Pro)
- SMS, WhatsApp, and Voice — two-way texting and phone calls through Twilio. (Pro)
- Custom webhooks — a generic HTTP endpoint for anything else; post a JSON payload and the coordinator routes it to the right agent. (Pro)
External knowledge — what your agents read
Your SOPs, contracts, and playbooks already live somewhere. Connect a source once and your agents read everything, with a citation on every answer:
- Google Drive, OneDrive, Dropbox, and Box — connect a folder via OAuth; files are indexed for semantic search and kept in sync. Scope a folder to a single agent when only one agent should see it.
A unified dashboard shows which folders are connected, when they last synced, and where the live connection is healthy — included on every plan.
Business systems — what your agents act on
Through the plugin catalog, agents connect to the systems that run your operation — payments and billing (Stripe, QuickBooks), CRM (HubSpot), docs (Notion, Atlassian), signing (DocuSign), commerce (Shopify), issue tracking (Linear, Sentry), and vertical-specific tools for field service, legal, fitness, property management, payroll, and restaurants. Built to be trusted
Every inbound webhook from an external service — Stripe, Slack, Twilio, and others — has its signature cryptographically verified before GroundPound acts on it, with a short replay window. Vendor OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest. Where an integration enables an irreversible action (sending a signature, moving money), that action is still gated on your approval. Bring your own model provider
On the model side, you can connect your own API account for any of six supported providers — Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, xAI, Mistral, or Together AI — so calls dispatch through your account and bill with the provider directly. Useful when your compliance team has a Data Processing Agreement with the model provider.
