GroundPound is built by SurfTurf.AI LLC, a Wisconsin company. We make a platform that lets small and medium businesses run coordinated teams of AI agents — with the guardrails that keep an agent from doing something irreversible without asking first.
What we're building
The existing agent platforms weren't going to work for the operators we actually want to serve: the therapist's office, the lawn-care company, the publishing house, the accounting practice — owners who have more to do than people to do it, who aren't looking to become AI experts, and who can't afford an agent that acts without permission. So we built something with a safety spine: coordinator-first teams, approval gating on every irreversible action, and a platform that heals and explains itself.
Where we are
We're early-stage and small. That means the work is broad, the pace is fast, and what you build ships to real operators quickly. It also means we're careful about who joins — we'd rather find the right person than fill a seat.
